For professionals who are great at their jobs, and want to sound like it:

Become Seriously Well-Spoken in Six Weeks

Speak clearly and confidently in meetings, presentations, and on-the-spot moments.

Six live Zoom sessions • Mondays starting Oct 26 • Founding member pricing: $249

Every day, you have chances to speak up and share your expertise in meetings, presentations, and quick conversations. But too often, those moments don't go the way you want.

  • You find yourself over-explaining or talking in circles, even when you know what you want to say.

  • You see senior leaders "tune out" when you're presenting.

  • You stay quiet in meetings, then watch someone else get credit for the idea you were thinking.

  • You've been told you need more "executive presence," and you're not quite sure what to do with that.

After years supporting talent reviews and promotion discussions with executives, I can say confidently:

how you communicate shapes how leaders see your work.

Learning to speak well at work is the single best thing you can do to improve your chances for future success.

Seriously Well-Spoken is a six-week group coaching program designed to

help you speak up in meetings and give better presentations.

You'll learn simple, repeatable approaches you can use in any speaking moment at work, and you'll have the chance to practice what you learn with a small group, all with personal coaching and feedback from me along the way.

Are you ready to...

  • Walk into meetings knowing you can speak up and hold your own, even when a senior leader puts you on the spot?

  • Stop replaying conversations and thinking of what you "should have said" hours later?

  • Know exactly how to prepare for your next presentation, whether it's a quick team update or a high-stakes executive call?

  • Build the communication skills that get noticed by senior leadership and open doors to bigger roles and opportunities?

Then you're ready to become Seriously Well-Spoken.

Seriously Well-Spoken is live, interactive, and focuses on the everyday speaking moments that shape your career.

hi, I'm your coach, Sharon Stolt

As a talent management and learning leader, I've sat in countless talent reviews, calibration sessions, and promotion discussions. Again and again, I watched brilliant people get passed over. Not because their work wasn't great, but because they couldn't communicate it in a way that made leaders take notice.

I've also spent more than 20 years helping people close that gap. I started my career teaching young children, and I've been a teacher at heart ever since. I built Visa University and the Visa Manager Experience, consulted for companies like Genentech, Dolby, and Kaiser Permanente, and most recently served as VP of Global Learning & Development at Model N.

Along the way, I've used these same skills myself, delivering presentations that secured millions in project funding and drove real change.

I created Seriously Well-Spoken to give you the approach I wish every talented professional had: a simple, repeatable way to share what you know, so your ideas get the attention and credit they deserve.

Throughout my career, I've been trusted to develop leaders from organizations like

What makes this different from other speaking programs?

Many speaking programs focus on only on stage presence. I spent my career in talent management, watching how communication gets noticed and promoted at work. I built Seriously Well-Spoken to support you in the everyday speaking moments that actually move your career forward. You'll leave with great stage presence, but you'll also learn how to manage the internal challenges that make

Sessions will be recorded so you can catch up if you have to miss a week.

How big is the group?

The group is limited to 20 people so everyone gets personal attention and time to practice.

Will I have to speak in front of the group?

Yes, practice is a part of this program, but it's designed in a supportive way. Practice is where the real growth happens; and, remember, everyone in the group is working on the same skills. You won't be put on the spot before you're ready.

If you talk at work, Seriously Well-Spoken is for you. Participants range from individual contributors to senior leaders, and the framework works for any speaking moment.

Can my company pay for this?

Sure! Many companies cover programs like this through professional development or learning budgets. I'm also happy to provide an invoice or receipt for reimbursement.
