I started Clear Influence because I saw too many smart, talented professionals struggle to explain their great ideas, and as a result, lose out on influence, career growth, and income as a result.

I've spent over 20 years as a trainer and facilitator for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and everything in between, so I know how to craft and deliver a message that inspires leaders to act.

As a corporate VP myself, I prepared and delivered dozens of executive presentations, and I learned how to quickly pull together the next quarterly update, strategic game plan, and budget proposal while delivering on this quarter's objectives.

As a Talent Management leader, I guided executives through promotion and succession discussions and saw first-hand how often poor presentation skills and a lack of "executive presence" prevented otherwise high-performing leaders from getting that next promotion or top bonus %.
