As a corporate VP myself, I delivered dozens of executive presentations, and I learned how to quickly pull together the next deck while delivering on this quarter's objectives.

As a Talent Management leader, I saw how often poor "executive presence" prevented high-performing leaders from getting that next promotion or bonus.
