GROUP PROGRAMS CODE OF CONDUCT
Stolt Strategic Communications LLC
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This Code of Conduct is part of the Group Coaching Terms of Purchase for all Group Coaching Programs created by Stolt Strategic Communications LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “our”).
By purchasing access to any of our Programs, you agree to follow the Code of Conduct on all live calls, in our online communities, and in any other Program space.
Our goal is simple: a safe, supportive place where everyone can practice and grow.
1. Respect and Safety
Treat the coach, the Company, and other participants with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
The Company has zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, or threatening or demeaning behavior.
Give everyone room to take part. Please don't take over discussions, interrupt others repeatedly, or cross personal boundaries.
2. Confidentiality
Participants share real stories about their work, their companies, and their challenges. Keep all of it confidential.
Don't share another participant's information, identity, or story outside the Program unless they give you written permission.
Please don't share your employer's confidential information. When using real work examples, leave out sensitive details like financial data, client names, or unreleased plans.
Don't record, screenshot, or photograph live calls. The Company records all sessions and shares the recordings only with participants, as described in the Terms of Purchase.
Program materials are for your own use. Please don't share them with anyone outside the Program.
3. Participation
Join calls on time and come ready to take part in group discussions, exercises, and activities. Keep your camera on when you can.
Mute yourself when you're not speaking.
Be open to practicing, even when it feels uncomfortable. That's where the growth happens.
4. Feedback
When you give feedback, make it kind, specific, and helpful.
When you receive feedback, listen with an open mind. It's meant to help you improve.
5. No Selling or Recruiting
Don't pitch or sell your products, services, or business opportunities (including MLMs) to other participants, unless the Company invites you to.
Don't use the Program to find clients, recruit people for other programs, or collect contact information for marketing.
6. Raising Concerns
If you have a concern about the Program or another participant, please email [email protected]. Bringing it to us directly lets us address it quickly and keeps group time focused on learning.
7. If This Code Is Broken
If the Company decides a participant has broken this Code, the Company may remove them from live calls, the online community, and the Program without notice.
As stated in the Terms of Purchase for our Programs, participants removed for breaking this Code will not receive a refund.
Questions about this Code? Email [email protected].
